Heritage Shores is at the Southern edge of the town of Bridgeville, Delaware, about a half hour from Rehoboth Beach. It is located about one mile south of Route 404, directly off Route 13.

Heritage Shores is less than 90 minutes from the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, two hours from all the attractions of Washington, Baltimore and historic Philadelphia.
